WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. (When we have stock).
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
The total delivery time is currently 5-12 business days. This also depends on your location and local post office. If you have not received your order within this time period, please contact us and include your order number. Our amazing 24 / 7 customer support will be happy to help!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with the shipping details and tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show on the tracking website.
Please track your packages. EvaMelbourne is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is at home to receive it. Once the postal courier delivered your package, we have no control over it.
We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned / confirmed "delivered" by the courier.
If your order has been returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
1. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase.
Returned products must be in like-new condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
2. Please send our customer support at info@eva-melbourne.com, an email with the subject header "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", sharing your review and money-back request.
3. Once approved, return the product(s) via a trackable mail service to our return address provided by our customer care representative.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
Our returns are always free (we do not charge you a restocking fee), but you do have to pay for your own label to return the item to us. We do not provide a label for you. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our product(s) are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
5. Once returned, the full order amount (excluding shipping fees) is available to be refunded.
Refunds usually take 1-5 business days after we received and processed the returned items. However, this can extend up to 7 business days depending on the payment method used.
